How can I check on the status of my order?
For cards with flat printing, orders placed Monday - Friday by 11:00 a.m. EST will ship the next business day.  Orders placed after 11:00a.m. on Friday, Saturday or Sunday ship on the follow Tuesday.

For cards our new embossed cards with raised printing, orders will ship within 3 business days of when the order was placed. 

Large ribbon assembly orders or orders that require a proof may take an additional day.

I have placed an order online and found an error, how do I correct my error?
Stork Grams production runs beyond our customer service hours in the evenings, weekend and holidays.  If you want to make a correction to an order, you need to contact us as quickly as possible by sending us an email us at 
customerservice@storkgrams.com or calling us at 1(800)268-5197 (option 2).  If you are reaching us outside of our customer service hours, you should leave a voicemail.  Production will review voicemails outside of our business hours.

What is Stork Grams order cancellation or return policy?
A 15% restocking fee will apply to all non-customized product returned to Stork Grams within 15 day of original shipment. All customized product is non-returnable unless the items have not been customized per the customer’s instructions. Contact Stork Grams Customer Service (800)268-5197 (option 2) for support.

When can I expect my order to ship?
We know you are anxious to tell the world about your newborn. We will process your order accurately and deliver it quickly. Why does my online order confirmation not show my free shipping discount?
Stork Grams applies the online shipping discount to all orders that qualify for discounted or free shipping after we download and process your order.  The updated total for your order will be printed on a receipt that is enclosed with your shipment.
  

 

Can I start to place my order before my baby arrives?
Stork Grams offers 2 different programs to help our customers who want to SAVE TIME and get announcement envelopes ahead of time with no additional shipping costs! The GREAT news is that all of Stork Grams  announcements are 5" x 7" and will fit in the same envelope size so you can still participate even if you haven't made your final choice from our card designs!  Click HERE for more details!

Can I see a proof of my card(s) before they are released to print?
Yes, while we do not provide a proof by default (except for our line of photo cards), you can request a proof be sent to you in the special instructions.  Let us know if you prefer to have a proof faxed or sent via email.  Be sure to provide the details.  Once we send you a proof, we place your order on hold until we receive your feedback.

 

Do I pay a sales tax?
Customers located in Ohio and North Carolina pay sales tax.

 

What size are Stork Grams Announcement Cards?
Stork Grams Announcements and Invitations measure 5"x 7" or 7"x5".

What size are Stork Grams Note Cards?
All Stork Grams Note Cards (product id’s FNCxxx) measure 4 ¼" x 5 ½" or 5 ½" x 4 ¼" and open either on the side (vertical designs) or on the bottom (horizontal designs).

What size are Stork Grams Envelope Seals?
All Stork Grams Envelope Seals (product id’s ENSxxx) measure 1 ½" in diameter.

Can I request an announcement sample prior to placing my order?
Yes, Stork Grams will ship one sample of up to 4 announcement or note card designs.  Samples are processed once a week and shipped via First Class Mail.

What is the cost of envelopes?
Envelopes (any color or white)  are included with Announcement or Note Card orders.

Are there matching Note Cards and Seals for all of the Vellum designs?
Not all Vellum cards have coordinating note cards, but you can pick any Note Card or Seal to coordinate with your Vellum Announcement.

Do Candy Bar Wrappers come with a self adhesive strip?
Our unassembled candy bar wrappers ship with a complimentary glue stick and instructions for assembly.

 

Can I customize the verse on a Candy Bar Miniature wrapper?
No, the Candy Bar Miniature wrappers are preprinted and cannot be further customized by Stork Grams. However, you can customize our CBCxxx, Candy Bar Wrappers.



Is there an additional cost to the announcement package (PKCxxx) price if I order an assembled vellum card (VELxxxA)?
Yes. If you choose a vellum card with your Announcement Package, the price includes an unassembled vellum card (VELxxx). Stork Grams will assemble your vellum cards for an additional $0.40 per announcement.

What kind of paper are your Enlarged Announcements printed on?
Stork Grams prints your customized Enlarged Announcements on acid free, brilliant white, thick card stock paper.



Can I customize the inside of my Note Card?
All Stork Grams Note Cards are shipped blank on the inside. Stork Grams only personalizes the front cover of the Note Card.

 

If I provide an account number, can I request a different carrier to shipping method?
Stork Grams offers Ground, 2nd Day and Overnight shipping and does not ship products through any alternative carrier with a customer’s account number.
